Ever finish every task on your list yet still sense something missing?
That faint gap was etched into the very birth of creation. Let’s follow the story to its root — and its remedy.
1 Divine Consciousness – Pure Being
Before stars or atoms, only a living Presence existed: Shiva–Shakti — Awareness and Power breathing as one. This Divine-Consciousness state is silent, complete and already whole.
2 Subconscious – The Ocean of Feeling
When that Presence admired its own beauty, a gentle swell appeared: Narayana (Vishnu), the subconscious feeling state where every possibility rests, vibrant yet unformed.
3 Conscious – The Lotus of Thought
From Narayana’s navel a golden lotus opened. On it sat Brahmā with five bright faces — our conscious thinking state.
Each face carries an element’s wisdom:
Earth – structure
Water – flow
Fire – transformation
Air – movement
Space – ether
Being → Feeling → Thinking: three natural layers of a single mind.
4 Creation’s Hiccup
To weave worlds, Brahmā drew Shakti out of silent Shiva. Galaxies blossomed, yet both sensed a quiet vacancy; a piece of the original stillness felt missing.
5 The Half-Truth & the Birth of Impurity (Kali)
Impatient, one of Brahmā’s faces whispered a half-truth to lure Shiva into finishing the job.
That whisper birthed impurity (Kali) — a fog that blurs clear sight and fuels endless craving.
Shiva removed the troublesome face, saving creation from collapse, but the conscious mind’s memory of Space dimmed. Thought began searching outside for the wholeness it had just lost inside.
6 Brahmā’s Realisation — The Forgotten Solution
After deep meditation, Brahmā discovered what seers always knew: Shiva and Shakti were never truly apart. The wisdom of Space still lives in Divine Consciousness and the subconscious; only the thinking mind forgot.
Wholeness returns the moment all three layers remember their common root.
7 How the Same Play Unfolds in Us Today
Divine Consciousness is the quiet “I am” behind every breath.
Subconscious cradles our deepest feelings and gifts.
Conscious mind races to build, compare and consume — pulling energy from outside and slipping into Naraka, the animal state of restless habit.
8 A Practical Way Home (Inner Alignment)
Thinking State – watch thoughts without judgment; let tight knots loosen. Feeling State – open to the ocean beneath thought; allow energy to settle. Being State – rest in pure Presence; realise Space and Self are one.
These steps form the Inner Alignment phase at Being Anmol. They naturally flow into Grow Your Gratitude and Spread Smiles.
9 Living the Five Elements — Everyday Practice
Your body is a living temple of the same elements Brahmā embodies:
Earth – the food you choose. Keep it fresh, wholesome, sattvic.
Water – every sip you drink. Let it be clean and calming.
Fire – the warmth that digests and inspires. Guard it with balanced activity and rest.
Air – each breath. Breathe slowly; lighten the body and mind.
Space – the surroundings that hold you. Keep them clear, peaceful and kind.
Tend these elements with simplicity and purity, and creation flows through you instead of being forced by you.
