Prakritik Shuddhi — Returning to Your Natural State

Your natural purity is always within you. The process of “cleansing” is simply about allowing your mind, emotions, and body to return to ease—free from excess, agitation, and old patterns.   • Mental Self: Gently observe your thoughts and patterns; allow unnecessary worries and judgments to settle, so your mind can return to ease.
  • Emotional Self: Welcome and accept your feelings without resistance. Let emotions be felt and released, returning your heart to openness.
  • Physical Self: Care for your body with conscious rest, pure water, mindful movement, and light nourishment—helping your natural energy to flow.

Sattvic Poshana — Nourishing Yourself with Purity

“Sattvic” means pure, balanced, and life-affirming. True gratitude flourishes when we nourish ourselves at every level—mental, emotional, and physical—with what is truly wholesome and supportive.

  • Mental Self: Experience the sound of silence or AUM (A-U-M). When the mind is at ease, clarity and lightness naturally arise.
  • Emotional Self: Seek the company of truth—satsang—by connecting with beings, spaces, and influences that embody simplicity, honesty, and heartful presence.
  • Physical Self: Choose nourishing foods, pure water, fresh air, and environments that bring ease to your body. Eat as much as is needed, at the correct temperature—not too hot, not too cold—and allow for restful sleep and comfortable postures.
