Thinking State

Experience Clarity & Conscious Awareness

& Find Freedom from mental noise and old patterns by Learning how to be at ease with your mental, emotional, and physical self.

Why the Thinking State

Most of us live with hidden tension—mentally, emotionally, or physically—caught in cycles shaped by old habits and outside pressures.

It’s easy to lose ourselves in confusion, or slip into the “Naraka” of restless thought and automatic living.

The Thinking State matters because it is the natural doorway out of those cycles.

Learning to be at ease with your mental, emotional, and physical self is how you gain clarity, become truly conscious, and begin to live from your own truth.

This gentle awareness is what turns confusion into understanding, and habit into conscious choice.

How to Experience Ease

As you settle into Dhyana, thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations may come into awareness naturally.

Ease arises when you gently allow your mental self, emotional self, and physical self to be noticed, understood, and supported—each in their own way, yet always connected.

Mental Self

Let thoughts appear and unfold without judgment or resistance.

If a thought lingers, give it space and follow it patiently—understanding comes as you allow the process to complete.

When the mind becomes clear, moments of deep inner silence or even the subtle sound of AUM (OM) may arise—a true sign of mental ease.

Mental Self

Practice: Root Understanding & Sound of Silence (AUM / OM)

As thoughts or patterns arise, meet them with patience and curiosity.
Allow yourself to analyze and understand each thought gently, following it to its root cause:

Where does this thought come from?

Is it true for me?

What does it reveal about my journey?

With honest understanding, the mind naturally experiences ease.
You may notice, in this clarity, the subtle “sound of silence” (AUM / OM)—a deep presence beyond thought.

This isn’t something to chase; it is a gentle sign of genuine mental ease.

Emotional Self

Welcome emotions as they surface, meeting each one with understanding & gentle empathy.

Emotional ease comes from honoring what you feel, exploring its message,

and allowing energy to flow and release in its own time.

As the emotional self softens, Clarity grows.

Emotional Self

Practice: Acceptance, Safe Expression, and Honest Feeling

Allow emotions to arise and accept them fully as they come.

You do not need to name or judge what you feel; simply be present and let each emotion be.

If an emotion surfaces (whether gentle or strong), give it safe space to express itself—

through writing, movement, sound, tears, laughter, or quietly sitting with it.

Express in ways that are safe for both you and others, without suppression or harm.

Treat yourself with empathy, understanding, and love; all emotions are valid messengers.

By accepting and allowing safe expression, emotions will naturally move and find their ease.

For deeper freedom, see Art of Freedom.

Physical Self

Care for your body with basic self-care & natural movement.

Let your posture be relaxed and at ease.

Simple Yoga postures or quietly connecting with nature can help your physical self settle.

When your body is at ease, you’re grounded for deeper presence.

Physical Self

 Practice

1. Shuddhi (Cleansing):

Keep your senses, skin, and environment clean. Regularly cleanse your eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin—removing dust, residue, or discomfort. A clean body and clear senses naturally support inner alignment and ease.

2. YOG (Natural Alignment):

Allow your body to return to its original state of ease and balance.
Take any posture—sitting, standing, lying down, or stretching—that feels comfortable and relaxed for you.

If you notice any tension, stiffness, or lightness, gently stretch into that area and then relax, letting your body rest in ease.

There is no need to strive or force; simply listen to your body’s needs and allow it to guide you.

As you practice this gentle awareness and natural movement, the body aligns itself effortlessly, supporting your inner work.

You may repeat these movements as often as feels right, allowing each stretch or posture to bring more ease and awareness.

Over time, you’ll notice your body feeling lighter, more balanced, and more at home in itself.
